Our main objectives are:
- to ensure the quality in all procedures and actions performed in its internal environment and, by extension, forming the contributory benefit relations developed with its customers and partners;
- to comply with and improve the quality processes developed and governing all phases of the projects assumed, either they are small or large and complex projects;
- to develop quality processes, wherever required, with a view to ensure a quality outcome at all phases of a project assume, to focus on the customer needs, to achieve substantial participation of the staff, and to successfully respond to the constantly changing environment of the sector; and
- to ensure that the company operates and works having a developed sense of responsibility towards the environment.
In the same context, GenNet is certified by ISO 9001:2000 for the design & development of telecommunication and IT products, software, consulting, installation and training services.
